Eighty-six billion neurons just read that sentence. We measure the signal they make.
Nineteen sensors rest on your scalp and listen — nothing goes in. You walk out the same day with five plain-English numbers and a report that is yours to keep. Not a medical test. No diagnosis.

What $300 actually buys. Line by line.
Most places selling a scan will not show you this. Tap any line to see what sits behind it.
Five published facts about the human brain.
Published scientific estimates, included because they are interesting — not because RedWave measures them. We record electrical activity at the surface of your scalp, a far coarser thing, and we say so throughout this page.
Five measurements. Open one and the head map lights up.
Each one comes from specific sensors in specific places. The five names are ours, chosen so the report reads plainly — they are not clinical or psychological categories.
One signal arriving at five speeds
Your brain does not hum at a single pitch. Tap a band to slow it down.
When you close your eyes and settle.
Strongest at the back of your head with your eyes shut. The steadiest signal we record.
Band edges are a convention, not a biological border. No band measures intelligence, character, or health.
How fast do you actually react? Find out in ten seconds.
A toy version of one thing we measure. Wait for teal, then tap. Five rounds, nothing saved.
People who already track everything else. And people who are simply curious.
The document you walk out with.
Printed the same day, with the picture beside the number. It carries no diagnosis, no clearance, and no interpretation of your health, and nobody reviews it for problems.

Not a medical service. A performance measurement — not an exam, diagnosis, screening, or clearance. Every figure shown is a placeholder for layout.
Book a second visit and this panel fills in.
One number is a fact. Two is a direction.
Flip between the visits. The pale tick is where you were. You against you is the entire product.
Compared to our own clients
People who did the identical session in this room, in your age band. Not a clinical database.
Context printed alongside
Sleep, caffeine, time of day. A number without them misleads, so we never print one alone.
Yours to take anywhere
PDF and CSV, yours to keep or share with your own doctor. Ask us to delete our copy and we do.
One sitting. No white coats.
You walk in
Start with one. The second is where it gets interesting.
Your first look at where these five sit.
- Full 19-sensor recording
- Both reaction tasks
- Written report, same day
- PDF and CSV export
Two points, identical conditions. The comparison is the product.
- Everything in Baseline
- Second session at 30 days
- Same room, same time of day
- Side-by-side comparison report
For anyone coming back after their first two.
- Full recording, same protocol
- Compared to your whole history
- Written report, same day
- Come as often as you like
Follow-up sessions are arranged with you at your first visit. Plain terms. Prices buy a measurement and a written report, not medical care. We do not bill insurance. Cancel 24 hours ahead for a full refund. If a recording is unusable for technical reasons, you choose: re-record free, or a full refund.

Takes about twenty seconds. No spam, and we never sell your information. RedWave is a non-clinical measurement service — no diagnosis, no medical advice.
The part most places leave out.
Not for ADHD, depression, epilepsy, concussion, dementia, or anything else.
We never tell you to start, stop, or change any medication or care.
Not for return to play, work, or driving.
No IQ estimate, no personality profile. These sell well. They are not real.
Nothing here is claimed to improve focus, memory, mood, or sleep.
Both are medical opinions. We are not qualified to give either.
No physician is involved and nobody here screens your recording for problems. We record and explain the measurements. Nothing more.
Asked before every first visit
No. We do not diagnose, screen, or interpret results medically. You get measurements, a comparison to our own clients, and a plain explanation of each.
No — and we will not say everything is fine either. Both are medical opinions.
Be clear about what that means in practice: nobody at RedWave reviews your recording looking for problems. There is no physician here, and no one on our staff is qualified to spot one. We record, we print the numbers, we explain what each measurement is. That is the whole service.
If you want your measurements looked at by someone qualified, take your report to your own doctor.
No. Sensors rest on your scalp and record. The most you will notice is water-soluble gel in your hair and mild pressure from the cap.
Caffeine measurably shifts several signals we record. A baseline is only worth something compared to your next one, so we hold conditions constant.
From our own clients — people who did the identical session in this room, grouped by age. Not a clinical database, and a self-selected group, so a percentile tells you where you sit among them and nothing more.
Adults 18 and over, curious about their own numbers. We do not scan minors. If you are looking for an explanation of symptoms, we are the wrong service and we will say so before you pay.
Being straight with you: because we are not a healthcare provider billing for medical services, HIPAA generally does not apply. Your information is covered by our privacy policy and by Massachusetts and federal consumer law. We do not sell it, and you can ask for deletion any time.
Yes — it is your record. Understand what you are handing over: a non-clinical measurement taken outside any medical context. Nothing in it should drive a medical decision on its own.
